Accreditation CYS EN ISO 15189:2007
Eleven Clinical Laboratories from Cyprus were accredited (until 15/01/2010) by the Accreditation Body of the Cyprus Organization for the Promotion of Quality with the CYS EN ISO 15189:2007. The laboratories are accredited for a specific number of tests referred to the issued accreditation certificates. One should look for relevant documentation in each case:
